Lukas Meese has been working as a Research Associate at RIFS since 2024. In the research project "Quo vadis, participation? - Evaluating Participation in Energy Projects" (BePart), he analyzes the effects of participation processes in energy projects. Previously, from 2022 to 2024, he worked as a student assistant in the BePart project as well as in the Kopernikus Project "Ariadne - Evidence-Based Assessment for Shaping the German Energy Transition" at RIFS. Lukas Meese studied Political Economy at the University of Heidelberg and Economics, Sustainability and Social Design at the University of Applied Sciences for Social Design in Koblenz. During his master's studies, he focused on paradigm shifts in economics, theories of change, and design processes in sustainability transformation.
